So what is our story? In short, we rented a big 170 sqm appartment in a new building just by the river because it was simply a great deal. It has four rooms, a huge living room, kitchen and two bathrooms. We are just a young couple so we decided to make our life more interesting and rent out the room we don`t use to people that come to Hangzhou for a short stay.
So you probably want to know what can you get (except nice company) for your 30$. Here it is:

The apartment is in Binjiang District. It is a district just by the Fuchun Jiang river (see the map). It`s not noisy as in city center but it is still close enough to most important places in Hangzhou.
To WuShan night market and HeFang shoping street the taxi will cost you about 3.5$ (we will show you direct bus for 30 cents though), to West Lake 4,5$ and so on.
The 33 floor building is 1 year old, still 85% of apartments here are empty. The whole apartment is really huge - 170 sqm. The room itself is big and has a double bed. The room can be of course locked. You also get your own bathroom to use with all necessary equipment (towels, shampoo, shower gel etc). There is wireless Internet in the apartment.
We are sure you will also love the view, from one side you can see the river and Hangzhou panorama and from the other side the garden with lots of plants and ponds.
Did we mention there is a outdoor swimming pool just outside the building enterance?
